Lebanon to compete in SAFF Championship

The lineup for the 14th SAFF Championship 2023 has been complete with the confirmation of Lebanon.
The Football Association of Lebanon accepted the South Asian Football Federation’s invitation for the championship on Monday.
The 14th edition of the SAFF Championship 2023 is scheduled to take place in Bengaluru, India, from 21 June – 4 July.
The SAFF Executive Committee meeting held on 31 March 2023 had decided to feature teams from outside SAFF regions with a view make the championship more competitive.
The participating teams are:
- Bangladesh
- Bhutan
- India
- Kuwait
- Lebanon
- Maldives
- Nepal
- Pakistan
